The Chief of Staff is responsible for overseeing the operations of the entire organization, ensuring that our initiatives align with the mission of empowering youth and promoting social justice. The Chief of Staff works closely with both the executive body of Sathi ko Sath Nepal (SKS) and the SKS Alliance Club to ensure seamless coordination and impact.

Our Executive Director is the driving force behind SKS’s programs and initiatives. With a focus on delivering impactful awareness campaigns, skill development programs, and community outreach, the Executive Director leads the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our vision of building a compassionate and empowered society is realized.

SKS Alliance Club

General Marshal (SKS Alliance)

The General Marshal leads the SKS Alliance Club, ensuring that the Rangers (S-Ranger, G-Ranger, PRanger, VIP-Ranger) are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. The General Marshal works closely with Field Marshals, Marshals, and Rangers to facilitate the programs that empower members through training, mentorship, and task management. The General Marshal ensures the successful implementation of programs across schools and colleges, and supervises the overall operation of the SKS Alliance.

Field Marshals (SKS Alliance)

The Field Marshals manage specific geographical areas, overseeing Marshals and Rangers within their region. Their role involves direct engagement with local schools and communities, implementing SKS’s awareness and development programs, and ensuring that the goals of the SKS Alliance are achieved at the grassroots level.

Secretaries

The Secretaries form the backbone of the SKS executive body, managing various departments critical to the organization’s growth and success

  • Secretary of Communications and Outreach: Handles external communications, manages public relations, and ensures that SKS’s message reaches communities nationwide.
  • Secretary of Training and Development: Oversees the creation and execution of training programs designed to provide members with skills, knowledge, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Secretary of Finance: Manages the financial health of SKS, ensuring transparent and effective use of funds for programs and operations.
  • Secretary of Planning and Implementation: Strategically oversees the planning and execution of SKS programs and projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Secretary of Membership and Welfare: Focuses on member engagement and welfare, ensuring that SKS members receive the support and resources they need to thrive.
  • Secretary of Sponsorship and Partnerships: Manages partnerships with other organizations and sponsors, ensuring that SKS has the resources and networks to support its mission.

VIP Rangers

The VIP Rangers represent the most committed members of the SKS Alliance Club, with responsibilities that include leadership roles in managing tasks, mentoring new members, and participating in decision making processes. They serve as role models within the organization, helping to drive the success of the Alliance.

The Board supports the leadership team by offering guidance, approving major decisions, and ensuring that SKS upholds its core values of integrity, transparency, and empowerment.  

Together, this dedicated team ensures that SKS remains a powerful force for good in Nepal, working tirelessly to bring about positive social change and inspire a new generation of leaders.
